Biography

Uladzislau Vakulchyk is a political prisoner from Minsk who has been in detention since March 12, 2018. He has served more than eight years in prison, with his sentence extended multiple times due to his participation in protests. He suffers from a perforated stomach ulcer and was urgently transferred to a hospital in 2020.
